HAPPY 250TH BIRTHDAY, AMERICA! This Fourth of July is a little extra special as our country celebrates America's 250th birthday, and we're joining the celebration! Gus's Drive-In will be CLOSED Saturday, July 4th and Sunday, July 5th. With the roads closed on the square for an event on Saturday, plus the Lions Club not holding their annual parade and carnival this year, the Fourth of July looks a bit different in East Troy. We encourage everyone to spend this holiday celebrating America with family and friends, enjoy a parade in a neighboring community, watch fireworks, or simply make new memories while celebrating this historic milestone for our country. We know it's unusual for us to close during a busy summer weekend, but family and staff have always been at the heart of Gus's. For more than 20 years, we've been blessed with an incredible team and loyal customers who have helped make Gus's what it is today. This weekend is our chance to say thank you by giving our staff time to celebrate with the people who matter most. We'll be back Tuesday, July 7th serving burgers, hot dogs, gyros, frozen custard, and all your favorites.
